Proposal: a community-maintained corrections log for the archive, so that fixes are visible and traceable instead of silently disappearing into someone's inbox
The idea is simple. Anyone spots an error, files it here with a source. A maintainer confirms and fixes. The entry stays visible with a 'fixed' marker. This makes the archive auditable, which matters more than it sounds - right now a reader has no way to know whether a page has been reviewed or just never questioned. It also means the people doing the checking get credit for work that is currently invisible.
